2. What information we process

Server logs

When you visit this website, basic technical information is automatically recorded by our Irish web host, LetsHost. This includes:

IP address

Date and time of access

Pages visited

Browser type and version

These logs are used solely for security, maintenance, and fault diagnosis. They are not combined with other data or used to identify visitors.

Email correspondence

If you choose to contact us, your email is processed through our ProtonMail account. ProtonMail is based in Switzerland, which benefits from an EU adequacy decision under the GDPR. Emails are stored in encrypted form and accessible only to authorised staff.  Your email will be retained only as long as necessary to respond and meet legal obligations, then securely deleted or archived.

4. Purpose and legal basis for processing

The minimal processing we carry out is necessary to:

a) maintain the security and integrity of the website (legitimate interests – GDPR Article6(1)(f)), and

b) respond to your voluntary email communications (your choice to contact us – GDPR Article6(1)(a) or(f)).

You are not required to provide any personal data to browse this site.

6. Data sharing and transfers

We do not share, sell, or disclose any personal information to third parties.

The only processors involved are:

LetsHost (Ireland) – web hosting and server‑log storage

Proton (Switzerland) – encrypted email service

Both operate under GDPR‑compliant terms, and Switzerland has been recognised by the EU as providing adequate data protection.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our technology, services, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page.
